How do I get started?

Simply sign up for a free 7-day trial. No credit card required. Once registered, you can set up your business profile, add your logo, and start creating estimates and invoices right away.

Can I import my existing data?

Yes! You can import customer contacts from a CSV file. For historical invoices and estimates, contact our support team and we'll help migrate your data.

How do Telegram notifications work?

Connect your Telegram account in settings. You'll receive instant notifications when customers view your estimates or invoices, new booking requests come in, or payments are received.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (256-bit SSL) for all data transmission. Your data is stored securely on UK-based servers and we never share it with third parties.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time with no penalties. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, and you can export everything before leaving.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund within the first 14 days if you're not satisfied. No questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime but refunds aren't available for partial months.

Can multiple people use one account?

Our Business and Enterprise plans support multiple team members. Each user gets their own login and you can assign permissions for what they can access.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment partner Stripe. We also support Direct Debit for annual plans.
